These Terms govern your use of the Knitted mobile applications andknittedapp.com, operated byWoven LLC (“Woven,” “we,” “us”). By using Knitted you agree to these Terms.

What Knitted is

Knitted provides faith-based educational audio, hypnobirthing-style preparation, and labor companion tools. It is not medical advice, midwifery care, or a substitute for your healthcare providers. Always follow the guidance of your midwife, physician, or care team.

Accounts & purchases

Some features require a paid entitlement (“Knitted Gold”) via App Store, Google Play, or web checkout (Stripe unlock code). Prices and plan details are shown at purchase. Taxes may apply. Store purchases are also subject to Apple’s or Google’s terms. Web unlock codes are for personal use and may be revoked if misused or fraudulently obtained.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to circumvent payment or access controls, reverse engineer the apps beyond what law allows, or use Knitted in any unlawful way.

Intellectual property

Course audio, artwork, trademarks (including Knitted), and site content are owned by Woven LLC or its licensors. Personal, non-commercial use of the app as provided is permitted; redistribution of audio or content is not.

Disclaimers

Knitted is provided “as is.” Birth outcomes vary. We do not guarantee a particular labor experience, pain level, or birth setting. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Woven disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Woven LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Knitted. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for Knitted in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms and the service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may be noted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
