Knitted (“Knitted,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Woven LLC. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the Knitted mobile apps and knittedapp.com.

Information we collect

• Account & profile. Name or nickname, baby nickname, due date, and onboarding answers you choose to provide.
• Purchase & entitlement. Subscription or unlock status (via RevenueCat, Apple, Google, and/or Stripe), email if you provide it at checkout, and unlock codes for web purchases.
• Usage. Course progress, practice completions, reminder preferences, and similar product analytics (e.g. PostHog) to improve Knitted. We avoid putting sensitive health details into analytics event properties.
• Device. Standard technical data needed to run the app (device type, OS version, push notification tokens if you enable reminders).

How we use information

• Provide and personalize the course, Labor tools, and Pearls of Wisdom
• Process payments and unlock entitlements
• Send optional local or push reminders you enable
• Improve reliability, understand funnel performance, and fix bugs
• Respond to support requests

Processors we use

Depending on how you use Knitted, data may be processed by providers such as Convex (backend), RevenueCat (subscriptions), Stripe (web checkout), Apple or Google (store billing), Cloudflare (website hosting), and PostHog (product analytics). Each processes data under their own terms and safeguards.

Children

Knitted is intended for adults preparing for birth. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices

• Disable pearl reminders in Settings
• Restore or manage store subscriptions in your Apple / Google account
• Request access or deletion by emailing[email protected]
